Venetia Major – Bespoke Jewellery creates handcrafted and bespoke jewellery pieces with great care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our work, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
If there is a concern with the quality or craftsmanship of your piece, please contact Venetia within 7 days of receiving your item so we can assist you.
Repairs for accidental damage or general wear may incur a fee.
This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, and does not limit your rights regarding faulty or defective products.
