Diamond Shapes Note Card & Envelope

To keep your jewellery looking its best, store pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising to prevent damage from chlorine, salt water, and perspiration. Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after wearing, and avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. For deeper cleaning, use lukewarm water with mild soap and a soft brush, then dry thoroughly. Have pieces professionally inspected and serviced periodically to ensure settings remain secure and gemstones are protected.

All Venetia Major pieces are crafted with meticulous attention to detail and backed by a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with clasps, settings, and structural integrity under normal wear. Warranty does not extend to damage from accidents, intentional misuse, or lack of care. For warranty claims or repairs, please contact us with your proof of purchase and photographs of the issue. We're committed to ensuring your bespoke jewellery remains beautiful for years to come.

Product images may not always depict the exact piece you'll receive, as variations occur naturally in materials like gemstones and precious metals.

Some images are AI-generated artistic impressions created to showcase design details. These are personally approved by Venetia to ensure accuracy and representation of the final piece.
