All Venetia Major pieces are crafted with meticulous attention to detail and backed by a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with clasps, settings, and structural integrity under normal wear. Warranty does not extend to damage from accidents, intentional misuse, or lack of care. For warranty claims or repairs, please contact us with your proof of purchase and photographs of the issue. We're committed to ensuring your bespoke jewellery remains beautiful for years to come.
